Yes. Free delivery for orders over 50 KWD. For smaller orders we charge a flat 3 KWD across Kuwait. We don't currently ship outside Kuwait.

Every piece is built by hand in our workshop. We don't resell, dropship, or import finished products.

Custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable, but we will repair or remake anything that arrives damaged or different from what was agreed.

Plain water on a barely-damp cloth is best. If you need more, a drop of mild dish soap in warm water — never bleach, ammonia, vinegar at full strength, or all-purpose sprays. They strip the finish and dry the wood.

Light scratches usually disappear with a dab of wood wax buffed in a circular motion. For deeper marks, send us a photo on WhatsApp — most can be touched up with a matching wax stick or a quick visit to the workshop.

Baby pieces are finished with food-safe oils. Wipe with a soft damp cloth between shoots and let air dry — never submerge in water and never use disinfectant sprays. If you need to sanitise, a cloth lightly dampened with diluted white vinegar and dried immediately is safe.

Our pieces are built for indoors. Kuwait sun, humidity and dust will fade and warp wooden furniture quickly. If you want an outdoor-ready piece, mention it on your custom order and we'll use a marine-grade finish.

Any food-safe beeswax-and-mineral-oil blend works well. We use a simple Howard Feed-N-Wax–style product on most pieces. For raw or untreated wood, a pure mineral oil is enough.

Kuwait air is dry, especially in winter with the AC running. A light wax refresh every 6–12 months brings the moisture and depth back. If a piece feels chalky or pale, it's just asking for a coat.

We don't recommend it. Spray polishes leave a silicone film that builds up over time and prevents future waxing or repair. Stick to natural wax or oil.

Painted finishes are sealed and easy to clean — a damp cloth is all you need. Skip abrasive sponges and never scrub, or you'll dull the topcoat. No wax needed.
