How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery time is approximately 1 week. During high season or when we have multiple orders, production and delivery may take 3 to 5 weeks. We'll always confirm a realistic timeline before you commit to anything.
Can I request a custom size?
Yes — almost everything we make can be sized to fit your space, your shoot, or your child. Send your dimensions through WhatsApp and we'll quote it.
Can I send an inspiration photo?
Absolutely, this is how most of our orders start. Send any photo (Instagram screenshot, Pinterest pin, your own sketch) and we'll work from there.
Do you deliver inside Kuwait?
Yes. Free delivery for orders over 50 KWD. For smaller orders we charge a flat 3 KWD across Kuwait. We don't currently ship outside Kuwait.
Are all pieces handmade?
Every piece is built by hand in our workshop. We don't resell, dropship, or import finished products.
Can I choose the color or finish?
Yes. We offer natural oak, walnut, whitewash and painted finishes. Send a paint reference if you have a specific color in mind.
Do you accept urgent orders?
Sometimes — message us on WhatsApp with your deadline and we'll be honest about whether we can fit you in.
Can I return a custom item?
Custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable, but we will repair or remake anything that arrives damaged or different from what was agreed.
